Tidewater

The condo serves its purpose which was basically just somewhere to sleep while visiting orange beach, but compared to the various other places I’ve stayed over the years here in Orange Beach this place just did not live up to expectations. The place had roaches in the kitchen area, one of the mattresses was busted. Giant dip on one side of the bed, they did replace the mattress for us after 4 days so we definitely appreciated that but that is something that tends to be done before renting it to someone. Also the fridge was leaking and the wifi was out during our stay.

We spent a week at the Sanctuary by the Sea, condo 704 here. Beautifully renovated condo with incredible views! Condo is well appointed and has everything you will need. Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances you would need to cook. While only 1 bedroom, the bunk buds and queen size bed in the couch offer plenty of sleeping accommodations. Complex has 2 pools and a hot tub and easy access to the beach! Orange Beach is a bit quieter than Gulf Shores. Still plenty to do there. Dana, the owner is fantastic to deal with and everything went very smoothly! I would highly recommend renting this unit!

We spent 6 nights here during New years. It's a very nice well kept place. Indoor/outdoor pools were nice. We got lots of use of the indoor pool. We had 2 adults & 4 children in our group ages 3-16. We were on level 4, we had a nice balcony with a gorgeous view. It was a bonus the room up front also had a small balcony with a view. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. We stayed in winter so the elevator wait wasn't bad, I'm sure there could be an issue in a busier season. It's close to stores, activities & restaurants. I would definitely stay again. ⛱️

One of my favorite condos in Orange Beach. After Hurricane Ivan, I had the opportunity to manage rentals in this building for many years. The parking lot is larger than most condo lots. The outdoor pool and indoor pool area is so nice. It is a long walk to the beach but there is a nice boardwalk. This condo complex features one, two and three bedrooms. Gated and is in a Great location.

Please take into consideration the following when renting from Airbnb room 404. It is infested with roaches and last we heard Airbnb was "investigating". We had submitted pictures and have relocated to another hotel. Apparently this location was reposted on Airbnb which we don't quite understand why given the condition. As a disabled female veteran, I was really looking forward to this location. I cannot participate in a lot of the activities like parasailing... So looking off of the back deck over the water was something I really looked forward to. Unfortunately the location was infested with roaches. Both the host and Airbnb refused to acknowledge or address the situation without herculean and repeated efforts by my husband reached out to them more than 10 times each. While they may think it's appropriate to stay in a roach infested location, dirty, and unhygienic.... My husband and I feel differently. Given the state of property and the wall of bureaucracy my husband and I have encountered while trying to receive a full refund (to date we have not received), I would caution staying at this location.
